My role
As the Visual Communications Director representing my team and leadership, I was deeply involved from the pre-production scriptwriting phase through post-production. I helped shape both the visual and narrative flow of the event by collaborating on location design and digital backdrops, working with the communications lead to develop the story, directing the video team to produce clear and accurate product visuals, and supporting presenters on set to deliver key messages with confidence. In post-production, I acted as the final decision-maker on b-roll selection, made strategic editing cuts for efficiency, and ensured that the core news and messaging landed effectively.
