Microsoft Surface for Business Launch

In Spring 2025, Microsoft hosted a pre-recorded Surface for Business event led by Nancie Gaskill, highlighting new AI-ready Surface devices designed to support modern, secure, and productive hybrid work.

My role

For this pre-recorded Surface for Business event, I supported the production by remotely assisting with set design and establishing the visual environment for the shoot.

I led the design of all picture-in-picture (PIP) visuals used during product and feature announcements—the on-screen elements that appear alongside Nancie Gaskill throughout the presentation. These visuals were designed in PowerPoint and Photoshop and then exported as layered assets for use in post-production.

I delivered the PIP assets to Rocket Farm for integration into the final edit and sourced supplemental B-roll from teams across Surface and Microsoft to support each announcement and create a cohesive visual narrative.

Throughout the post-production phase, I provided guidance on visual refinements, including animation timing and B-roll usage, to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across the final presentation.
